In this Instagram account, I wanted to draw attention to the psychological effects of green spaces. I wanted to emphasize the importance of green space equality and access to urban
green areas, especially in this period when we started to spend most of our lives indoors. Our sense of beauty, self- confidence and personal love are decreasing, while our connection with green spaces is gradually decreasing with the changing life order. We forget that natural is the healthiest. We experience difficulties not only physically but also
psychologically as we move away from nature. The effects of green spaces on our psychology and self-confidence cannot be underestimated.
